Dinner from @viralatafoodtruck Pernil $11 (Hot Pork Baguette) An absolute Brazilian classic sanduiche straight out of São Paulo with a Vira Lata touch...Tender roasted Gouralie free range pork leg in special sauce with a slice of fresh pineapple & melted red cheddar on a freshly baked traditional baguette. Boi Bêbado (Drunk Bull) $11 Pulled Wagyu Brisket braised for 6hrs in Green Beacon's Amber Ale till it falls apart, melted red cheddar, McClures Garlic pickles, Vira Lata's own Guava ketchup & mustard on a traditional freshly baked baguette. With a side of Twice cooked hand cut cassava fries. I had the beef but wish I had the pork! Food envy lol
