Pork Ribs w/ Polenta Chips
I had loads of left over polenta from last nights Sausage and Lentil Stew with Parmesan Polenta so I decided to make polenta chips. I also remembered that I had Pork Ribs in the fridge so I grabbed them out straight away and marinated them. As much as I LOVE bangers and mash, tonight I thought I’d shake things up. I made a simple sausage stew, similar to my Poppa’s classic sausages in onion gravy, but this time I introduced lentils.
