“We did it!” I exclaimed excitedly to my partner, whirling around our newly refurbished home with unrestrained glee. After 12 months of renovations we have finally seen all our hard work, sweat and tears come to fruition. Craving a fresh piece of fish for dinner, I headed to my local fish monger for help. In search of a firm, white flesh variety, my fish monger advised that the Rock Cod from the Northern Territory and Trevally where going to be my ideal choices.
