Holidaying at the McLaren Vale late last year I visited the stunning Primo Estate Vineyard and Cellar Door. Upon my visit I met Richard Van Ruth, Assistant General Manager at Primo Estate. Richard hosted my tasting and it was here that I sampled Primo Estate’s ‘La Casetta’ Aged Vinegar. I’ve never in my life tasted aged vinegar of this stature! It’s absolutely perfect in every aged vinegar way possible. All the wines I sampled at Primo Estate were gorgeous and full of fresh, bold flavours! In particular I loved their aromatic Il Primo Secco, their full bodied Briccone Shiraz Sangiovese and their rich Shale Stone Shiraz.
Of course we can’t drop everything today and venture to the McLaren Vale to share in the same experience. However savour you can my friends, for the Primo Estate Team are coming to Brisbane! Yes you heard right! On Thursday February 28th you can enjoy a relaxed evening with stand-out Primo Estate wines, appetisers and flavoursome pizzas from The Burrow at West End.
If you would like to share this international taste-off with some of Brisbane’s best pizza from our mates at The Burrow, then be sure to book your seats today!
