The 2012 Bulimba Festival will be held 9am-5pm Sunday 26 August at Oxford Street, Bulimba.
There will be heaps of live music, marketstalls and my favourite pulling point, delicious food.
ABOUT THE BULIMBA FESTIVAL
Originally Bulimba Carnivale, the Bulimba Festival re-emerged last year, brought back to the community by the Returned & Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch) in 2011 after a five year absence.
Last year’s festival attracted over 35,000 visitors to the Bulimba area, reinvigorating the Oxford Street strip, its restaurants and boutiques, and playing host to food, fashion, arts and crafts, as well as some fantastic entertainment.
The Bulimba Festival is back in 2012 on Sunday 26 August and promises to be bigger, better and more action packed than ever before! It comes complete with two entertainment stages, carnival rides and amusements, fashion parades, colourful market stalls, featured performers and loads of glorious food.
