On November 9 two of the country’s most vivacious, dynamic and loved chefs will share the spotlight to create an evening of food-passions at the multi-award winning Emporium Hotel.
Brisbane food lovers are invited to join celebrity Chef George Calombaris, acclaimed for his Melbourne restaurants The Press Club, Little Press, PM24, Maha, Hellenic Republic, St Katherine’s and his newest Mama Baba, and known to all for his feats on MasterChef, for a spectacular four course meal and matching wines, with the Master of Ceremonies Brisbane’s culinary star, Alastair McLeod.
“Summer Entertaining is an exciting event to announce and host; one which will be an adventure in fine food and wine, led by the remarkable George Calombaris and narrated by the exceptional Alastair McLeod,” said Emporium Hotel General Manager Peter Savoff.
The menu for the evening will be created by Emporium Hotel’s Head Chef, Scott Andrews while George promises to reveal some well kept secrets in a Q&A session facilitated by his good friend and fellow Chef, Alastair. The discussion is sure to entertain, educate and inspire all.
The evening will also showcase summer entertaining tips and demonstrations from Jared Ashdown, Cocktail Bar Manager and cofounders Deborah and Bien Peralta from Dello Mano, as they share their enchanting chocolate story and plate up an exquisite dessert for the evening.
