As you may know, I’m catering my first wedding in November so I’m experimenting with a few cold canapes. I’ll definitely be using this Smoked Salmon Butter Crostini as it is so deliciously tasting and is easy to make and transport. Whipping the butter makes such a difference to this smoked salmon canape. For the base I simply sliced ciabetta bread and popped into the toaster then cut into bite size morsels. Miss Foodie’s turn for Wednesday Girls Dinner. On the menu tonight was Char-grilled asparagus & mozzarella salad – I loved this dish. The warm caper vinaigrette that went with this was divine, I think this would work well as a good winter salad. For our main we enjoyed Moroccan chicken, preserved lemons and green olives. And for the yummiest dessert I think I’ve made, Blueberry Tart!
