“We did it!” I exclaimed excitedly to my partner, whirling around our newly refurbished home with unrestrained glee. Craving a fresh piece of fish for dinner, I headed to my local fish monger for help. In search of a firm, white flesh variety, my fish monger advised that the Rock Cod from the Northern Territory and Trevally where going to be my ideal choices.
